Who kidnapped Mrs Hudson????
You know, I am the first to admit that I tend to notice the wierdest shit, but this one takes the biscuit.
In the graveyard scene, as Mrs Hudson walks away, she pauses for a moment, turns to look back at John, and then as she turns away again, a mysterious hand shoots out and drags her behind a grave stone.

O.o I actually did notice that, slightly, the first time I saw it but I brushed it away and figured it was someone else from the funeral putting their arm around her and leading her home.

and this tied in with the bit after her rage where she looks straight up at where Sherlock is standing, and makes shushy gestures

ugh please please don’t make this be an actual thing, because if missus hudson knows and john doesn’t, that would just be horrific. like, sherlock trusts missus hudson to handle her shit in this situation, and he doesn’t trust john? it’s hard enough to imagine john coming back from the deception at all, but if it’s not just batfuck-crazy sherlock who’s deceiving him, but molly, missus hudson, and probably mycroft? if everyone but him knew??? gah. that would finish me with this show, honestly. i’d just take the pretty visual images they’d given me in seasons 1 and 2, and run.
A shushing gesture? I’m pretty sure she was just still crying. Una Stubbs is a great actress. I think she was still in the role at this scene.
Notice the way Mrs Hudson walks away. We know she has a ‘bad hip’. The ‘hand’ so to speak is just her left hand coming back to either support her back or her other arm. It doesn’t even look like another person’s hand; it’s definitely her own.

Sherlock has his phone (looks to me like that at least) in his hands there, hiding it cleverly in his coat sleeve most of the times.
Why? That leads to my idea related to quote above from Steven Moffat.
I am referring to the conversation between Sherlock and Jim on the roof. Sherlock is doing something out of character there: He’s asking questions, he seems confused. But only that much to not make Jim suspicious.
Sherlock: But the rhythm …
Jim: Partita no. 1, thank you, Johann Sebastian Bach
Sherlock: But then how did you …?
And then Jim explains his entire plan how he broke in several important buildings at once. It’s not the only time in that conversation where Sherlock acts like the “dumber one” of both, of course not too bluntly so Jim doesn’t realize what’s going on.
Why does Sherlock act like he’s lost and hasn’t figured out Jim’s entire plan? So he can record what Jim is saying (in sense of a confession) on his phone, which he has in his hand/coat sleeve.
When you watch the scene again, Sherlock steps to the edge of the roof, till to that point he was acting. Then he starts laughing, cause he feels like he has won. The most important parts he probably has recorded. So he steps back down again. Now he’s back to his “normal self”. I feel like you can see it in his attitude even (comparing 2nd screenshot with 3rd)
Later, when he’s on the phone with John, Sherlock says: “This is my note.”
Before he jumps of the building, he throws the phone away, to leave it on the roof.
Hmm, these are my thoughts to the scene so far.
I’m seeing a lot of theories floating around, but this one seems the best to me, and so I’m reblogging for cleverness :)
I thought he had something in his hands, my thought was the wireless camera from 221b but this works too. The only thing is- he throws it back on to the roof. Seeing as Moriarty’s death was not remarked on at all, did his plan go wrong? Is Moriarty still alive but now in possession of Sherlock’s evidence?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but that looks more like the rubber ball to me? It’s definitely not his phone - he has an iPhone, which is a lot bigger and more black than that.
Good catch though!
However, I still don’t think Sherlock was acting ‘dumb’ in this scene. Maybe to get a confession, sure, but I’m not entirely on board with him acting OOC here.
