Mrs Hudson’s Sweet Shoppe

Sometimes - when funds get really tight and they are left with so little option that even Sherlock has to admit that there might be a problem with the living conditions - Sherlock and John work for Mrs Hudson down in her little sandwich store/bakery/corner shoppe thing.

It’s an AU where John and Sherlock are in university. Scroll down a bit to get to the first part; it’s on the kinkmeme and there was a little bit of posting fail. It’s John/Lestrade with Sherlock being the socially awkward best friend.

Ridiculous

John is the best retrieval expert the British Army has, and so naturally it’s him that’s sent in when some man with little sense of self-preservation keeps getting himself taken hostage - again, and again, and again.

John is an absolute BAMF and Sherlock is smitten. He just has a round-a-bout way of meeting his knight in shining armour. Very hilarious~

John is a doll that Sherlock orders from a company online.

This one’s kind of weird and tragic at first since John’s made out of freaking plastic and is literally a fill-in for Sherlock’s skull. Sherlock begins to fall in love with a figment of his imagination, but then…

Toxicology

Sherlock breaks John’s heart. Moriarty is there to pick up the pieces and introduce John to the London criminal underground.

Written by the same author as Galatea, this one is kind of dark. I absolutely adore this though, even if it’s not for strict John/Sherlock fans. Jim is so funny, adorable and surprisingly sweet with John, in his own odd way. It has John getting roped into working with Jim, willingly, and his slow decline into the criminal world.
